Former Quintessence Diner - Albany, NY
This 1940's Fodero diner has been closed for several years. Today's article mentions the diner was purchased earlier this year by Joe Zappone, Patrick Fiore and Nick Riggione. Agilitynut has photographs of the exterior prior to renovations here. It's undergoing a renovation and it's expected to reopen late this fall. We'll post more information here as it becomes available.

Yes it is.
We should note that Mike collaborated with Mario Monti on the book entitled, "Diners Of New York." It is due in September and may be pre-ordered from Amazon. He also publishes the website NY Diners. Check out his site as its diner coverage reaches beyond New York state.
