David K. Leff writing for the Hartford Courant mentioned several of Connecticut's classic diners
One of Herb Meeker's articles about the former Route 40 Classic Diner appeared in today's Herald & Review.
Although the diner arrived in Pittsburgh about a month after this article, the grand opening was November 4, 2008. Watch the YouTube video here.
Weber's Colonial Diner closed due to fire.
We aren't sure if this is a manufactured diner. If you have any information please let us know. We did find a post on Twitter from Kimberly, dated August 16, 2008 mentioning it's now called the Legacy Diner.
We invite you to visit our flickr diner photostream.
