Michael DeMasi wrote about the new owners of the former Chez Sophie Bistro in Malta, New York. His article appeared in The Business Review.
Though it didn't reopen on April 23, 2007 as a diner, the restaurant's now called Bloomers. It's a 1954 Fodero built diner once operating under the name Malta Ridge Diner.
