Another article appeared in the Kennebec Journal & Morning Sentinel regarding the future of the Farmington Diner.

The diner was moved to Wilton, Maine in late March of 2008. We checked in on the diner during our August 2008 diner trip.

Harper's Magazine writer Bill McKibben spoke of Tod Murphy's first run of the Farmer's Diner.

The Barre, Vermont location opened in July 2002, and closed in August 2005. It reopened in 2006, at the former Farina Family Diner in Quechee, Vermont.

Laura McLean reported in the South Coast Today, that the Nest Diner in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts reopened yesterday.

The diner was sold in January 2003, and a reader of Roadsideonline posted about the diner being for sale again.
