Former Forum Diner - Paramus, NJ

While we were looking at the pictures of the White Tower in Michael Perlman's flickr photostream, we were reminded of the fast approaching deadline for saving the Forum Diner. This blog posted an entry back in June about the diner needing to be moved. A month ago it looked like the diner may have had a buyer. However the Paramus Post wrote an article that they changed their mind. This past Sunday the NewJerseyOnline.com site reported time is running out for the Forum. It could be demolished in two weeks if it isn't sold and moved. If you are interested in saving the landmark diner contact Michael Perlman right away at unlockthevault@hotmail.com.

Steve and Angelo Yannitsadis commissioned the Fodero Dining Car Company to build the diner in the mid-1960's. We've found an article mentioning the diner opened in 1967. Ted Laoudis was the owner of record when the diner closed the first part of April 2007.
