Tom Fincham purchased the former Chuck's Stop Diner, a 1954 Valentine diner located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. flickr member Brian Butko has a photo of the diner.

12/2006
The diner once operating as the Miss North Adams Diner, was sold to David Rock. He retained the Chef's Hat name and opened the first of January 2007. The diner's been renovated over the years, though it was a 1933 Worcester Lunch Car Company diner.

12/19/2006
Michael J. Bauer purchased the former Chez Sophie's Bistro, a 1950s Fodero diner. He reopened it as Bloomers on April 23, 2007.

12/31/2007
Bonnie and Jon Bowie purchased the Red Robin Diner, Johnson City, New York. Opening day was March 28, 2008.
