Today the Liberty Elm, a 1947 Worcester Lunch Car Company built diner, celebrates it's second anniversary. Carol "Kip" DeFeciani and Diane “Tink” Horstmyer are the owner/operators of the diner.

You may think it surprising that a non-American would be interested in 1930s and 40s American diners, but I love the internal and external architecture. I am particularly fascinated with the use of Art Deco, on a building type (diners) where I might not have expected it.
