WCAX News news reported on the sale of the Oasis Diner to Glenn Walter. The Mountain View diner was owned by the Lines family since this it arrived in Burlington, Vermont in 1954. Under Mr. Walter's ownership, it took the name Sadie Katz Deli on the first of the new year. Agilitynut has external and internal pictures of the Oasis.

The Warwick Beacon Online reported on the progress and mission of the Rhode Island Training School's New Hope Diner Project. One of the diners scheduled to be restored is the former Louis' diner we mentioned in our post on Monday.
