For Maria Aposporos and Eleni Begetis, the struggle against the city to keep their diner open continues. The Advocate published an article with the latest information here. Curley's is another diner that stands in the way of "progress."Although this 1949 Mountain View diner has seen it's share of renovations since Herluf "Curley" Svenningsen opened it, the diner retains many characteristics of a local diner. On the right side of this photo, you can see the fence that goes around the diner.

I'd honestly put the renovations of this Mountain View at 99 to 100%. It wouldn't surprised me if they demolished the old diner and started over.
